Management Trainee

Overview

The Management Trainee programme is a development journey through which trainees build management and healthcare business skills and are then placed into a final role in Brand Management, Market Access & Pricing, Business, Strategy & Portfolio, or Sales.

What you'll do

• Develop key skills through exposure to project management, P&L management, product launches, omni-channel marketing, sales operations, strategy, and market access.
• Build management and healthcare business acumen through personal development workshops and access to training programs, including immersion stints with field-based teams.
• Grow as a business leader by working with project managers and senior leaders who will be directly invested in your development.
• Gain networking opportunities with access to country leadership team leaders.
• Design, implement, and evaluate the marketing activities of assigned products within a given product line, including distribution channel solutions (may include digital, social media, inside sales), and assist in reviewing marketing programs and analysing market data (Brand Management).
• Assist in developing pricing strategies for all products, manage contract processing, analysis, and reporting, and work closely with Contract Strategy to optimize contract implementation and efficiency (Market Access & Pricing).
• Lead and conduct analysis of industry and market trends, conduct regular strategic analyses of AZ peers, and contribute to high-level strategic exercises; support planning, directing, and overseeing analysis related to current and future portfolio (Business, Strategy & Portfolio).
• Lead the sales portfolio for a geography, working closely with the leadership team to drive growth of business revenue, profits, quality of sales and talent development in the span (Sales).
