What you'll do

• Lead the design process for corporate interior projects from concept development to project completion.
• Translate client needs, goals, and functional requirements into design solutions.
• Create design concepts, mood boards, space plans, and 3D visualizations.
• Handle selection of furniture, fixtures, materials, finishes, and lighting for budget and timeline alignment.
• Produce design documentation including detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Oversee junior designers’ drawing documentation and client presentations.
• Conduct on-site visits to monitor progress and address design-related challenges.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of experience in hotel/hospitality interior design, including leading successful projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field (Master’s is a plus).
• Proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for clients, teams, and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining design quality.
