Overview
Manager - Citrix NetScaler Ops Engineer responsible for supporting and maintaining Citrix infrastructure.
What you'll do
- Manage Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops environments, including Citrix DaaS.
- Support, configure, and maintain Citrix Gateway services and NetScalers.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting for Citrix infrastructure issues and implement prevention solutions.
- Collaborate with IT support teams to resolve technical problems and improve reliability.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and security best practices.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for Citrix environments.
What you'll need
- 8+ years of experience designing, implementing, and maintaining Citrix environments.
- Proficiency in Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, including Citrix DaaS.
- Strong understanding of Citrix NetScalers & Citrix Cloud Gateway Service.
- Knowledge of Windows Server operating systems and Active Directory.
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent professional experience.

- Remote position in Australia with occasional vendor onsite escort requirements for support; travel and accommodation provided as needed.
