Overview

APAC Corporate High Growth Manager for AlphaSense, leading and growing a team of Account Executives to acquire new corporate customers across APAC.

What you'll do

• Recruit, onboard, and develop Account Executives selling into high-growth corporate accounts across APAC.
• Instill an outbound sales culture focused on outbound excellence and coaching on prioritization, territory planning, and prospecting.
• Coach the team on pipeline generation, deal strategy, negotiation, and closing.
• Manage pipeline generation, accurate forecasting, and overachievement of ambitious targets, including strategic deal leadership.
• Drive CRM excellence and operating rhythms, monitoring KPIs such as pipeline coverage, win rate, sales cycle, and ACV.
• Shape APAC territory strategy with Pre-Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Marketing, and Enablement leadership.
• Collaborate cross-regionally and cross-functionally with a unified, customer-centric approach.

What you'll need

• At least two years of sales leadership experience in B2B SaaS or high-growth tech sales teams.
• Ability to articulate a “science of sales” that drives consistent target attainment.
• Resilience and agility in a dynamic, high-accountability environment.
• Experience aligning geographically distributed sales, product, marketing, and customer success teams.
• Data-driven approach to measure and adjust sales strategy using regular progress reviews.
• Deep understanding of APAC markets to tailor sales playbooks and messaging to regional buying behavior.
• Leadership and motivation skills to lead Account Executives across diverse APAC markets (Mandarin is a plus).
