Senior Strategic Account Executive - ROA

Overview

Senior Strategic Account Executive (ROA) to manage and grow Twilio’s communications platform customer relationships across an assigned region.

What you'll do

• Manage and expand key customer accounts including technology, retail, eCommerce, insurance, and fintech companies.
• Develop and execute account strategy to deliver revenue, gross margin, and gross profit results.
• Partner with internal teams to identify new revenue opportunities within the account portfolio.
• Run consultative upsell and cross-sell sales cycles focused on discovery and customer needs.
• Serve on cross-functional account teams with product, finance, support, and services representatives.
• Run disciplined forecasting and present guidance to executive management.

What you'll need

• More than 10 years of combined experience in major account or strategic sales.
• Experience supporting South East Asia or South Asia territories.
• Accountable for relationship management, cross-sells, upsells, and solutions consulting.
• Analytical account development strategy using data to find opportunities and prove value.
• Use of MEDDPICC with demonstrated track record managing forecasts and financial models.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Details

• Reporting to the Senior Manager, Strategic Account Rest of Asia.
• Remote and based in Singapore.
• Approximately 30% travel anticipated.
