Strategic Account Executive

Overview

Strategic Account Executive responsible for managing and growing relationships with major communications platform customers, driving analytical, consultative sales cycles.

What you'll do

• Manage and expand assigned high-importance customer accounts.
• Develop and execute account strategy to deliver revenue, gross margin, and gross profit results.
• Identify new revenue opportunities by partnering with other Twilio teams.
• Participate on cross-functional account teams including product, finance, support, and services.
• Run disciplined forecasting and present guidance to executive management.
• Conduct consultative sales cycles focused on deep discovery and championing customer needs.

What you'll need

• More than 5 years of combined experience in major account or strategic sales.
• Experience supporting South East Asia or South Asia territories.
• Accountable for relationship management, cross-sells, upsells, and solutions consulting.
• Analytical account development strategy using data to find opportunities and prove value.
• Track record managing business forecasts and financial models using MEDDPICC.
• Ability to work with business and technical leaders and influence supportive partnerships.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.

Details

• Remote role based in Singapore.
• Approximately 30% travel anticipated.
• Reports to the Senior Manager, Strategic Account.
