Renewals Manager

Overview

Renewals Manager within Wiz’s Sales and Customer Success teams, focused on customer retention and expansion through renewal execution, risk mitigation, and meeting revenue/renewal goals.

What you'll do

• Handle the quote-to-close process for renewals 120 to 90 days before the renewal due date.
• Achieve or exceed quarterly revenue goals tied to retention, growth, and term extension.
• Partner with Customer Success to assess customer health and drive the renewal solution.
• Maintain and report an accurate forecast of renewals within the assigned book.
• Manage renewal processes for multiple commercial customers concurrently.
• Identify at-risk renewal clients before the renewal date and escalate to mitigate contraction and churn.
• Collaborate with Legal and Deals Desk as applicable and recommend process improvements.

What you'll need

• 2-5 years of related cybersecurity and renewals experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven record of success and over-achievement of renewal quota in prior roles.
• Deep understanding of SaaS offerings and pricing models.
• Experience in SaaS revenue organization (Sales, CSM, or prior renewals team experience).
• Familiarity with systems including Salesforce, CPQ, IronClad, and ChurnZero.
• Confidence to navigate customer and partner renewal processes per Wiz rules of engagement.
