HR Services Manager

Overview

The HR Services Manager delivers legally compliant HR business partner support across a global client portfolio, serving as a primary point of contact for workers, clients, and in-country partners.

What you'll do

• Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Provide day-to-day HR and benefits support, including statutory and supplemental benefits guidance.
• Conduct HR and benefits briefings aligned with local labor laws and company policies.
• Advise clients on performance management, promotions, career development, and compensation benchmarking.
• Prepare and manage employment contracts and HR documentation while tracking key employment dates.
• Ensure compliance by maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation.

What you'll need

• 5-6 years of proven experience in HR management or HR business partnering.
• Strong working knowledge of local and international labor laws and HR compliance.
• Experience with global HRIS platforms and HR tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritization ability in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English; additional language skills are a plus.
