Adoption Strategist - APAC

Overview

Adoption Strategist for APAC, focused on designing and running scalable customer adoption and enablement programs across onboarding, lifecycle, and product adoption.

What you'll do

• Design and run onboarding tracks, lifecycle campaigns, workshops, and adoption playbooks for corporate and mid-market customers.
• Drive customer time-to-value and adoption by educating customers on best practices.
• Build deep product expertise across ElevenLabs, with focus on ElevenAgents and ElevenCreative.
• Audit customer agent prompts, configurations, and feature setup and share recommendations to deepen adoption.
• Track leading and lagging adoption metrics and create data-driven adoption strategies and playbooks.
• Partner with Account Management and CX for regional live workshops and webinars tied to opportunities and new releases.
• Unify adoption strategy across the customer journey with external implementation partners and internal teams.

What you'll need

• 6+ years in adoption, customer/partner enablement, digital CS programs, enterprise growth, or similar roles.
• Experience in adoption/enablement roles at an AI-native or highly technical company with a large, low-touch book.
• Experience with voice AI, TTS, conversational AI, or developer-facing products.
• Proven ability to build adoption-focused programs from the ground up (e.g., onboarding tracks, playbooks, self-serve content).
• Comfort building systems and automations/workflows using AI tools.
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends, surface opportunities, and standardize best practices.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin.
