Regional Director, Enterprise Sales - India

Overview

Regional Director of Enterprise Sales for India, responsible for driving enterprise sales business and revenue and leading a team of Enterprise Account Executives.

What you'll do

• Report directly to the VP of International Sales.
• Manage a team of 5–7 Enterprise Account Executives.
• Drive, manage, and execute the sales team’s business and revenue.
• Build and improve processes for AE onboarding and ramping.
• Prepare forecasts, territory/industry management, and growth plans.
• Establish and report on metrics to measure team performance.
• Drive alignment with marketing, customer success, BDR, sales engineering, and customer engineering teams.
• Set strategy for Chainguard’s largest accounts.

What you'll need

• 6+ years experience selling a technical product.
• 3+ years experience successfully managing high-performing software sales teams.
• Experience selling to Fortune 500 companies.
• Existing Enterprise customer relationships across APAC.
• Experience using CRM and marketing automation systems.
• Proven record of meeting and exceeding performance objectives (revenue and pipeline targets).
• Experience using CRM and marketing automation systems.
