Account Executive — Singapore

Overview

Account Executive focused on expanding new logo acquisition and long-term growth across Southeast Asia for APAC clients, with Singapore as the home base.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive new customer acquisition, retention, and long-term growth.
• Run outbound campaigns and use partner networks and regional relationships to uncover and close opportunities across APAC.
• Exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets while maintaining accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene.
• Build deep expertise in the platform and the APAC employment landscape and compliance/HR considerations.
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Customer Success, and regional Leadership to maximize account impact.
• Share client insights and regional market feedback to shape go-to-market strategy.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years of B2B SaaS or EOR sales experience.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken) including discovery, negotiation, and presenting in both languages.
• Must be based in Singapore and hold the right to work in Singapore (Singapore Citizens, PRs, or valid Employment Pass holders).
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets with quantifiable results.
• Consultative, strategic selling approach focused on long-term value creation.
• Comfort working across cultures, regions, and time zones, particularly Singapore, Greater China, and Southeast Asia.
