Manager - Digital Marketing Analyst

Overview

Deputy Manager, Design (Digital Content Production) on the Marsh BCS team within Knowledge Services, Mumbai, supporting digital content production and design for global BCS stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Partner with Marsh BCS teams to understand stakeholder needs, translate requirements into strategic recommendations, and develop innovative digital collateral across PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Synthesia.
• Deliver design-led solutions that communicate complex information with clarity and impact, maintaining Marsh brand compliance.
• Own end-to-end management of portals such as Placement and Policy Management (PPM) SharePoint site, Claims/Clearsight, Bluestream and MShare, including content updates, site administration, and Marsh compliance monitoring.
• Design and launch new SharePoint sites (Transformation Academy, Transformation Office) while maintaining brand consistency and UI/UX standards through quarterly reviews and proactive optimization.
• Work closely with BCS Design colleagues to establish standardized resources for stakeholder groups and foster team learning through knowledge sharing, peer feedback, and collaborative skill development.
• Translate video requirements into engaging content for launch announcements, leadership communications, product demonstrations, and training initiatives.
• Manage and maintain learning modules across Degreed Pathways and Workday, ensuring content accuracy, relevance, consistency, and alignment with evolving business needs.
• Transform senior leader vision into compelling narratives through strategic storytelling and multimedia expertise.
• Balance creative innovation with delivery timelines, integrating new product launches while maintaining corporate brand integrity.

What you'll need

• 6–12 years of hands-on design expertise in fast-paced corporate settings, with demonstrated agility in responding to shifting business priorities and cross-functional team demands.
• Ability to translate complex business concepts into compelling information graphics and video content that clarify messaging and amplify stakeholder impact.
• Ability to pivot between initiatives based on business needs while maintaining rigorous attention to detail and delivering consistently accurate, polished output.
• Front-end web design experience with robust knowledge of User-Interface (UI) concepts.
• Prior experience for design-based delivery on MS Office tools, including corporate presentations, executive decks, RFP documents, keynote materials, and interactive documents.
• Ability to articulate design choices and concepts and communicate effectively with stakeholders across levels, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to build strong working relationships with onshore partners and Knowledge Services BCS team members, fostering cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to have

• Demonstrated project management expertise, including leading design planning, end-to-end delivery execution, and cross-functional coordination.
• Formal UI/UX certification (HFI or equivalent).
• Experience developing eLearning content and training interfaces, with knowledge of Articulate Rise and Storyline 360 or Adobe Captivate.

Details

• Based in the Mumbai office.
• Primary reporting to stakeholders in the US; supports BCS stakeholders across global locations.
• Expected to be in the local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week, with one weekly anchor day for the full team.
