Overview
Manager, COSE – Enablement is the regional owner of Analyst enablement across APAC, focusing on onboarding delivery, program design, stakeholder partnership, and ongoing learning for Singapore-based Analyst teams.
What you'll do
- Lead onboarding programs for Singapore-based Analysts, including live training sessions, hands-on activities, and cohort management.
- Provide real-time coaching and support during APAC business hours for new hires.
- Manage Analyst ramp progression and flag performance concerns to local leadership with recommended interventions.
- Design, build, and iterate onboarding curricula and enablement frameworks for APAC Analysts.
- Identify regional performance gaps and convert them into targeted learning solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement by running at least one strategic enablement initiative or onboarding improvement project per quarter.
What you'll need
- 5–8 years of experience in learning & development, sales enablement, operations enablement, training, program management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success designing, implementing, and continuously improving onboarding or enablement programs.
- Proven ability to influence leaders and partner cross-functionally without direct authority.
- Confident delivery of instructor-led training, workshops, coaching sessions, and group learning experiences.
- Ability to translate business needs into learning solutions and prioritize initiatives independently.
- Comfort managing multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and onboarding cohorts simultaneously.
