Manager II, Deal Desk

Overview

Manager II to lead LinkedIn’s Strategic Accounts Deal Desk team, driving scalable deal support for the company’s most complex customers, including global vendor strategy and operating model transformation.

What you'll do

• Directly manage a distributed team of Principal and Senior Deal Desk Strategists.
• Own global Deal Desk vendor strategy and define a scalable operating model.
• Lead vendor governance, performance management, and adoption programs with success metrics.
• Partner between Deal Desk, Central Operations, and vendor partners to align plans to business priorities.
• Identify and deliver scale through AI, agentic technologies, automation, and workflow transformation.
• Lead strategic transformation initiatives to simplify operations and increase capacity for higher-value work.
• Develop multi-year scale strategy balancing internal resources, vendors, and AI-enabled solutions.

What you'll need

• 6+ years of software industry experience.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• BA/BS degree in Management/Business/Finance or similar.
• AI-enabled automation skills to drive scale, efficiency, and measurable outcomes.
