Overview

Manager, India Partnerships to build and grow Temporal’s partner ecosystem in India and drive partner-led go-to-market from the ground up.

What you'll do

• Own and grow the India partner ecosystem across SI/GSI and Cloud.
• Enable India to exceed its targets through partner-sourced and influenced business.
• Maximize pipeline, accelerate deals, and build partner plays aligned to India field priorities.
• Execute with partners alongside India field teams, including partner-led deal strategy.
• Activate GSIs locally in India by translating global programs and relationships into local activation and wins.
• Coordinate with Technical Services to accelerate SI/GSI technical enablement and project success.

What you'll need

• 7+ years in India partnerships, alliances, and/or enterprise sales.
• Proven track record building and scaling partner ecosystems across SIs, GSIs, and Cloud partners.
• Excellent attention to detail, work ethic, and commitment to delivering business results.
• Ability to build rapport with and influence sales, cross-functional teams, partner executives, and global alliance stakeholders.
• Highly motivated self-starter who turns undefined areas into opportunities and impact.
