Manager, IT - DevOps Platform Delivery

Overview

Manage and govern the DevSecOps platform that enables the Kraft Heinz development community to build and run digital products, including service definition, operations, performance reporting and delivery of new platform capabilities.

What you'll do

• Govern the DevSecOps platforms that enable the Kraft Heinz development community to operate and monitor digital products.
• Define the services provided by the Platform (catalogue, availability, configuration, release, etc.) and their lifecycle.
• Be responsible for service operations and for the performance definition, measurement and reporting.
• Work with service partners to enable, maintain and evolve platform capabilities and related services to meet customer (product) and Platform ambitions and strategy.
• Manage delivery and support of platform capabilities to ensure scalable, secure and integrated services that product owners can trust.
• Execute Platform governance of existing routines, controls and monitoring activities, and transform and improve these routines.
• Manage the delivery of new features, integrations and capabilities in combination with the Platform strategy and ambitions.
• Work closely with Global IT teams to ensure each new IT initiative with upstream or downstream impacts on the Platform is coordinated with Platform support service teams.

What you'll need

• Hands-on experience of an enterprise DevSecOps tooling.
• Proven experience of Platform Management, including defining platform strategies.
• Proven experience of Platform Management, including scaling platforms in an internationally distributed environment.
• Proven experience of Platform Management, including implementing Platform Governance.
• Proven experience of Platform Management, including assessing and selecting Platform Technologies.
• Proven wide-ranging technology experience, including project scoping, management and delivery.
• Proven wide-ranging technology experience, including requirements analysis, definition and mapping.
• Proven wide-ranging technology experience, including solution and process design.
• Proven wide-ranging technology experience, including systems administration.
• Proven wide-ranging technology experience, including solution architecture.
• Proven experience scaling technologies across an international business.
• Experience of working in diverse global teams and as part of large matrix teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jira, GitHub, Azure DevOps and Confluence amongst others.
• Knowledge or experience gained from within the CPG industry.
