Manager, Operations

Overview

Lead multi-site operational performance across core service lines (DMS, RDS, DPS, and SDS), manage facility resourcing and OHSE compliance, drive continuous process improvements, and integrate newly acquired business units into regional operations.

What you'll do

• Direct daily operations across designated regional facility locations to achieve operational targets, manage site capacity, and maintain high service quality standards.
• Recruit, coach, and mentor a geographically dispersed team, fostering talent succession, clear goal setting, and strong productivity across all sites.
• Support operational due diligence for potential acquisitions and lead the seamless integration of new businesses, ensuring full adoption of SOPs and operating systems (ReQuest/O'Neil).
• Ensure all facility locations comply with Iron Mountain health, safety, environmental, and security standards, while managing customer audits and risk exposure.
• Manage headcount budgets, optimize resource allocation, oversee vendor/AMC contracts, and drive cost-reduction initiatives to maximize operational efficiency.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of progressive operational leadership experience.
• Strong background in warehousing or logistics facility management.
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams and developing talent.
• Strong financial acumen with demonstrated experience managing cost centers, headcount budgets, and vendor contracts.
• Solid analytical, problem-solving, and IT fluency, with experience utilizing enterprise management systems.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships, engage with key customer accounts, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ReQuest/O'Neil systems.
• Tertiary qualifications in business, logistics, operations management, or a related discipline.
