Manager – Project Manager, Advisory

Overview

Manage the project management and PMO governance for an initiative driven by recent policy and regulatory changes, within PwC's Advisory line of service, Data, Analytics & AI specialism.

What you'll do

• Lead PMO governance and execution tracking for the initiative, ensuring clear visibility into scope, milestones, ownership, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and action items.
• Manage issues and risks.
• Manage RAID (risks, actions, issues, decisions) with a blend of RCAM.
• Manage the integrated project plan to augment the current team.
• Manage all communications to SLT, project teams, and steerco.
• Manage workstream execution for projects.
• Track and monitor progress and unblock issues.
• Apply analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to anticipate downstream impacts.

What you'll need

• 12+ years of experience in project management, program management, PMO, or business transformation.
• Bachelor of Technology (BE/B.Tech/MCA/MTech also listed as education qualification).
• Years of experience required: 5 to 12.
• Good project planning skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong in MS Tools, MS Project, PPT and memo communications.
• Project Management (required skill).

Nice to have

• Healthcare domain experience.
• PMP, Prince, CAPM, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or similar project or program management certification.
