Senior Associate – Project Manager, Data and Analytics, Advisory

Overview

Lead project management and PMO governance for an initiative driven by recent policy and regulatory changes, covering execution tracking, RAID management, integrated planning and stakeholder communications.

What you'll do

• Lead PMO governance and execution tracking, ensuring clear visibility into scope, milestones, ownership, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions and action items.
• Manage issues and risks.
• Manage RAID, using a blend of RCAM.
• Manage the integrated project plan to augment the current team.
• Manage all communications to SLT, project teams and steerco.
• Manage workstream execution for projects.
• Track and monitor progress and unblock issues.
• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, anticipating downstream impacts.

What you'll need

• 12+ years of experience in project management, program management, PMO or business transformation.
• Good project planning skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Good RAID management expertise.
• Strong in MS tools, MS Project, PPT and memo communications.
• Project Management (mandatory skill).
• Bachelor of Technology degree.

Nice to have

• Healthcare domain experience.
• PMP, Prince, CAPM, Agile, Scrum, SAFe or similar project/program management certification.
