Senior Specialist Project Manager

Overview

Lead complex compliance, SaaS, cloud migration and regulatory technology projects for global customers, driving end-to-end delivery and serving as the primary liaison between customers and internal stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Compliance, Cloud Migration, and SaaS implementation projects.
• Act as the primary customer-facing project lead throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project plans, schedules, governance, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, R&D, Operations, and Professional Services.
• Drive stakeholder communication, executive reporting, and governance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, regulatory, and internal standards.
• Support change management, implementation readiness, and continuous improvement.
• Build strong customer relationships while driving delivery excellence.

What you'll need

• 11-15 years of project management experience in Compliance, Financial Services, Technology, or other regulated industries.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
• Experience leading Cloud Migration, SaaS implementation, or technology transformation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of project governance, risk management, and delivery best practices.
• Experience leading cross-functional and globally distributed teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Ability to manage risks, escalations, dependencies, and governance reporting.
• Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model and support global customers, including US business hours when required.

Nice to have

• Experience in Compliance, AML, Financial Crime, Trade Surveillance, Risk Management, or RegTech.
• Exposure to Security, Privacy, and Regulatory Compliance frameworks.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification.
• Experience with SURVEIL-X, NTR-X, or similar compliance SaaS platforms.
• Experience leading Cloud, AI/GenAI, or Digital Transformation programs.
• Consulting, Professional Services, or customer-facing delivery experience.

Details

• Location: Pune, India.
• Work mode: Hybrid, 2 days in the office and 3 days remote each week.
• Shift: 12:30 PM - 9:30 PM IST, with flexibility to support US business hours as required.
