Overview
Manager, Real Estate to lead financial, contractual, and operational stewardship of Snowflake’s global real estate portfolio and pioneer an AI-first approach to managing it at scale.
What you’ll do
- Direct $100M+ annual lease spend with focus on total cost of ownership and ROI analysis.
- Build an AI-led real estate management strategy using Snowflake AI and compute capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional partners and outside brokers to keep leases in good standing and manage new leasing activity.
- Act as the main liaison with landlords, brokers, internal legal counsel, and technical advisors for lease negotiations and transactions.
- Oversee accurate invoice abstraction, disbursement processing, and data hygiene to support payment automation and maintain a 100% non-default portfolio.
- Monitor and resolve complex payment discrepancies and lead cleanup of historical outstanding invoices.
- Review and analyze LOIs, lease agreements, and power contracts; drive contractual governance through execution and delivery.
What you’ll need
- 7+ years of progressive experience in commercial real estate development or construction.
- 3+ years in a senior leadership role overseeing a global, multi-regional, or highly complex portfolio.
- Extensive financial modeling expertise.
- Demonstrable use of AI tools to streamline and automate workflows.
- Familiarity with commercial real estate, lease administration, lease abstraction, payment oversight, auditing, and financial reconciliation in a global portfolio.
- Working understanding of lease accounting standards (ASC 842).
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Finance, Accounting, or a business-related field.
