Manager, Sales Engineering - Canada

Overview

Manage and grow the sales engineering organization for Zscaler’s core portfolio, including the Gen AI market, across the Canada region. Partner with sales, product management, and engineering teams to develop solutions and close customer and partner deals.

What you'll do

• Recruit, mentor, and develop the sales engineering team.
• Scale discovery, technical qualification, and proof-of-concept processes.
• Partner with sales leaders and clients to design business solutions.
• Present value-based solutions that support revenue growth.
• Collaborate across a matrixed go-to-market environment.
• Promote and support the Zscaler portfolio.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in sales or systems engineering.
• Experience managing and directing a sales engineering team.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, and developing talent.
• Technical expertise in cybersecurity and networking.
• Ability to communicate value-based selling in a matrixed go-to-market environment.
• Experience integrating AI tools and new technologies into workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with Zscaler or competitive solutions.
• Deep understanding of SaaS technologies and regulatory compliance.
• Experience working with large go-to-market and partner ecosystems.

Details

• Remote role in Ontario, Canada.
• Base salary: CAD 170,625–243,750.
• Full-time position.
