Manager, Statistical Programming (Must require skills: Line management, SDTM datasets, ADaM datasets, TLFs)

Overview

Manager, Statistical Programming who leads and oversees a global team to deliver high-quality statistical programming outputs across clinical development projects.

What you'll do

• Manage and coordinate statistical programming activities for clinical development projects.
• Oversee project work for quality, budget, and timelines.
• Create and review SDTM datasets, ADaM datasets, and TLF deliverables (Tables, Listings, Figures).
• Coach, mentor, and develop Statistical Programming team members.
• Act as a senior reviewer and provide support for Statistical Programming work.
• Develop best practices and contribute to process improvements and standards development.
• Support special projects and initiatives to improve departmental efficiency and operational excellence.

What you'll need

• Line management experience for a statistical programming team.
• Experience with SDTM datasets.
• Experience with ADaM datasets.
• Experience with TLFs.
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in mathematics, statistics, biostatistics, computer science, or related disciplines.
• 10+ years’ experience in Statistical Programming using SAS and R.
• Knowledge of industry expectations and best practices.
