Market Data Ops Analyst

Overview

Market Data Operations Analyst to support Numerix SaaS clients by monitoring and ensuring the integrity and quality of market data generation processes within the Numerix Data Management (NXDM) framework.

What you'll do

• Define, implement, and execute standard operating procedures for clients’ market data operations.
• Monitor and verify daily market data deliveries, including intraday and end-of-day snapshots, for SLA compliance.
• Enhance processes via optimization and automation of manual checks.
• Respond to daily operational support requests on market data queries from clients and internal teams.
• Monitor, triage, and resolve technical and data quality issues, escalating as needed.
• Coordinate NXDM releases and production patch deployments with clients and support parallel runs.
• Serve as Incident Manager and lead post-mortem/root-cause analysis for market data incidents.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent professional experience).
• Good experience in Python for ad-hoc data analysis and automating manual processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; practical exposure to SQL is beneficial.
• Understanding of exchange-traded and OTC derivatives across multiple asset classes.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities and good English communication skills.
• Willingness to work in US shift when required (3:00 PM to 11:30 PM MST).
