Marketing and Enablement Senior Manager, Global Events

Overview

Senior Manager for marketing and GTM enablement for Harvey’s global events, most notably FORUM.

What you'll do

• Own GTM enablement end to end, including invite strategy, comms, and briefing materials for Sales and Customer Success.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success on account and prospect prioritization for invites and post-event follow-up.
• Own FORUM data and reporting in Salesforce, including attendance, ARR mix, and account engagement.
• Partner with the Marketing tech team to run registration end to end, managing registration pipeline and attendance goals.
• Collaborate with Content & Social to build and manage the social calendar and coverage across event windows.
• Collaborate with Creative on swag design and manage swag selection and vendor management.
• Own the shot list and content capture plan to support marketing after the event.

What you'll need

• 5+ years in event marketing, marketing analytics, GTM enablement, or related fields.
• Direct experience building GTM or sales enablement materials.
• Comfort pulling and analyzing customer and registration data to inform decisions.
• Working fluency in Salesforce, including pulling account and customer reports independently.
• Experience managing registration platforms for events.
• Strong project management skills for multiple concurrent workstreams.

• Salary range is USD ($122,400 - $183,600) depending on location.
