Marketing Growth Analytics & Operations Intern

Overview

Marketing Growth Analytics & Operations Intern focused on measuring and improving marketing programs using SQL, reporting, and experimentation.

What you'll do

• Write SQL to pull campaign, cohort, and subscription performance.
• Track business-driving metrics such as DAU, NTM, LTV, and CAC.
• Design and measure A/B tests across channels with defined success metrics.
• Conduct post-test analysis and report what worked, what didn’t, and next steps.
• Own consumer surveys end-to-end: define/query, launch, monitor completion, report, and optimize.
• Translate marketing needs into specs and tickets for engineering.
• Use AI tools to automate recurring reporting and improve analyses.

What you'll need

• Basic working knowledge of SQL.
• Comfort reading code and familiarity with Python, JavaScript, or HTML/CSS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Must be pursuing or recently completed a degree in a technical field.
• Demonstrated experience working with Claude or equivalent large language model tools.
• Comfort working in agile, matrixed teams.
• Exposure to BI tools is a plus (Redash/SIA, Looker, Tableau or similar).

• Location: Argentina (Remote).
• Compensation: $800 USD monthly gross.
