Marketing Growth & Communications Intern

Overview

Marketing Growth & Communications Intern supporting consumer marketing campaigns and lifecycle communications.

What you'll do

• Build and launch campaigns for consumer programs.
• Create marketing communications in Braze across email, push, SMS, and in-app.
• Build and QA landing pages and campaign assets before deployment.
• Manage asset production flow including approvals and updates to stakeholders.
• Handle compliance/legal approvals for marketing assets and keep operations on schedule.
• Measure campaign performance, pull results data, and recommend optimizations.
• Use AI tools (Claude and similar) for research, first drafts, and reporting.

What you'll need

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Attention to detail.
• Experience copywriting short, engaging messages.
• Comfort with numbers for analyzing campaign results.
• Basic creative design skills and knowledge of Figma.
• Comfort using AI tools like Claude/ChatGPT in day-to-day work (research, copy, summaries).
• Comfort working in agile, matrixed teams with quick turnarounds.
