Marketing Manager(KINVRS)

Overview

Marketing Manager focused on full-funnel growth and user acquisition for mobile gaming. Responsible for scalable customer acquisition and growth through channels, experimentation, and continuous optimization.

What you'll do

• Own and execute user acquisition and growth strategies across awareness to referrals.
• Lead App Store Optimization (ASO) for Android and iOS, including keyword research and store experiments.
• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across platforms including Google, Meta, and gaming ad networks.
• Optimize full-funnel performance metrics such as CVR, CAC, LTV, ROAS, and retention.
• Track KPIs through dashboards and regular reporting on CAC, LTV, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
• Run A/B tests and growth experiments across ads, app store listings, landing pages, and in-product flows.
• Manage external agencies, freelancers, and media partners and allocate marketing budgets.

What you'll need

• 6+ years of experience in growth marketing, user acquisition, and/or performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of full-funnel and lifecycle marketing.
• Hands-on ASO experience across app stores and mobile growth strategies.
• Proven record scaling paid acquisition campaigns with measurable impact and hands-on paid media platform experience.
• Deep familiarity with performance metrics including CAC, LTV, ROAS, retention, churn, and ARPU.
• Experience using analytics tools with an analytical mindset to turn insights into action.
• Strong cross-functional communication and project management skills.
