Maximo Developer - Senior Associate

Senior Associate role focused on Maximo Consulting within Technology Consulting, delivering client solutions for field service and operations modernization.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement Maximo solutions to enhance asset management capabilities.
• Integrate Maximo with other enterprise systems to streamline operations and data flow.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and tailor Maximo functionalities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Maximo-related issues using analytical thinking.
• Lead design and architecture of Maximo applications for field service and operations modernization.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables to align with client expectations.

What you'll need

• At least 5 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.
• Hands-on expertise in IBM Maximo 7.6.x across multiple functional modules.
• Hands-on expertise in IBM MAS Manage (8.x / 9.x) across multiple functional modules.
• App Designer and DB Config experience for UI changes, custom Maximo applications, and schema extensions.
• Advanced automation script development, including multi-object scripts and custom MBO validation.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/CS/IT or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
