What you'll do

• Assist in creating, updating, and publishing HR content on portals and knowledge bases.
• Perform routine checks to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Support content audits, cleanup, and version control activities.
• Coordinate with HR teams to gather inputs for content updates.
• Maintain consistency in formatting, templates, and branding standards.
• Support knowledge article tagging and organization for easy access.
• Track and document content updates and changes.
• Assist in responding to basic content related queries from stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to data privacy and information security standards.
• Design employee data processes to manage employment data, records and transactions using standard technologies and processes.

What you'll need

• Primary skill: Employee Data Process Design.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in content support, HR operations, or administrative roles.
• Freshers with relevant internship or project experience can be considered.
• Any Graduation.

• Location: Mumbai.
• Must be flexible with respect to shift timings.
