Overview

Medico Marketing Excellence Executive provides end-to-end support for VEEVA-led medical affairs events, from initiation and implementation through closure.

What you'll do

• Lead the full lifecycle of VEEVA-led events, including accurate setup, execution, and closure.
• Monitor event status and documentation regularly to identify gaps and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to secure approvals, information, and support for event activities.
• Track and reconcile event-related costs to ensure transparency and alignment with budget expectations.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and meticulous records for assigned events.
• Serve as a point of contact for process queries related to VEEVA events and escalate compliance issues promptly.

What you'll need

• Scientific background.
• Project management skills.
• Collaboration skills with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Reasonably very good command of MS Office applications.
