Merchant operations & support – Associate

Overview

Manage merchant documentation, coordinate with Business teams and banking partners, and support payment gateway code generation and merchant activation.

What you'll do

• Manage merchant documentation and onboarding processes.
• Collect and validate documents with Business and Sales teams.
• Liaise with banks to obtain details for payment gateway code generation.
• Coordinate stakeholders to complete merchant activation.
• Track pending documents, bank codes, and onboarding cases through closure.
• Maintain trackers and MIS while ensuring process accuracy and compliance.
• Resolve operational queries and follow up on pending requirements.

What you'll need

• Experience in merchant onboarding, KYC/documentation, banking coordination, or payment operations.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Strong follow-up and stakeholder management skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MIS.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Graduation is mandatory.
