MES Engineer

Overview

Experienced MES Manager to lead end-to-end delivery, operations, and transformation of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).

What you'll do

• Lead MES deployments for new fabs, expansions, and upgrades, including planning, UAT, and production cutover.
• Own go-live readiness, roadmap, and continuous enhancements, including integrations with equipment, SPC, SAP, and data platforms.
• Manage MES production support (including 24x7 operations), incident/problem management, and RCA for stability improvements.
• Drive standardization across sites with change management and version control.
• Lead downtime events and factory escalations to minimize business impact.
• Build and lead the MES team and strengthen SME capability.

What you'll need

• Have 10–15 years of experience in MES or a related domain.
• Deliver at least one full MES implementation lifecycle.
• Programming knowledge in C#, Python, SQL, and web technologies.
• Experience designing scalable and maintainable software architecture.
• Understanding of integrations with equipment, ERP/SAP, SPC, and data platforms.
• Exposure to IoT, automation, and Industry 4.0 technologies.
