Overview

Modern Trade Account Specialist responsible for driving sales growth and execution excellence across assigned modern trade accounts and territories in Mumbai.

What you'll do

• Deliver sales targets across assigned accounts and geographic territories.
• Drive growth and maintain market share across key product categories in organized retail chains.
• Manage customer service and sales operations to achieve agreed objectives and performance targets.
• Ensure high standards of product availability, visibility, merchandising, and shelf execution across assigned stores.
• Monitor and improve store execution metrics, including store compliance and execution quality measures.
• Implement point-of-sale materials, promotional activities, and in-store activation plans.
• Drive speed-to-shelf execution for new product launches and ensure timely replenishment and repeat orders.
