Monitoring & Diagnostics Insight Engineer (Tier 1)

Overview

Monitor and analyze turbine operational data to identify power plant abnormalities and provide actionable technical recommendations. Support remote turbine troubleshooting and customer communication for global 24/7 operations.

What you'll do

• Monitor and analyze turbine operational data.
• Deliver timely technical recommendations to customers.
• Provide data-driven guidance for remote turbine technical issues.
• Document and communicate operational concerns with internal teams and customers.
• Implement Lean improvements to M&D workflows.
• Develop and validate diagnostic solutions with Senior Engineers.
• Build expertise in gas turbine, steam turbine, and generator systems.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of gas turbine, steam turbine, and generator systems.
• Ability to interpret complex data streams.
• Ability to communicate complex technical findings concisely.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, dynamic environment.
• Ability and willingness to work rotating day, evening, or night shifts, including non-standard weekends.
