Algorithm Developer

Overview

Algorithm Developer contributing within the Analytics Center of Excellence to build advanced analytics, machine learning, optimization, and AI-driven solutions that improve productivity in Service Operations.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and deploy analytics, machine learning, and optimization solutions for productivity and efficiency.
• Analyze operational and field data to find productivity opportunities, root causes, and performance gaps.
• Build predictive models and decision-support tools linking improvements to customer and business outcomes.
• Partner with Sales, Field Service, Operations, Engineering, and customer-facing teams to define requirements and ensure deployment adoption.
• Run end-to-end execution from opportunity identification to implementation, tracking, and continuous improvement.
• Set up performance monitoring frameworks with dashboards, KPIs, and governance to measure impact.

What you'll need

• 3 to 7 years of experience in algorithm development, analytics, machine learning, or related technical roles.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related field.
• Strong Python proficiency and experience with SQL.
• Experience with analytics/visualization tools including JMP, Tableau, Power BI, or Excel (as stated).
• Proven experience in statistical analysis, predictive/forecast modeling, and optimization techniques.
• Ability to translate operational and business challenges into scalable analytical solutions.
• Cross-functional experience influencing stakeholders and supporting solution deployment and adoption.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with Agentic AI-based solutions.
