MS Engineer (L2)- Network

Overview

Provide second-line networking managed services support by monitoring client infrastructure, resolving medium-complexity incidents, and restoring services within SLAs.

What you'll do

• Monitor work queues and client infrastructure.
• Investigate, resolve, and document technical incidents and requests.
• Execute operational tasks and approved maintenance activities.
• Escalate tickets and coordinate with clients, internal teams, and Centres of Excellence.
• Support change management with risk identification and mitigation plans.
• Coach Service Desk and L1 teams on technical and behavioural skills.
• Identify automation opportunities and support trend analysis and disaster recovery activities.

What you'll need

• Experience with Pulse Secure SSL VPN, Palo Alto, Fortinet, and Cisco Nexus switches, routers, or firewalls.
• At least one technical certification in the mentioned technologies.
• Familiarity with ticketing tools.
• Strong planning, adaptability, and resilience.
• Effective cross-cultural teamwork and client-centric communication skills.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in IT or Computing, or equivalent work experience.
