Job description

Overview

Support IT infrastructure managed services and cloud operations activities within PwC Acceleration Center India's Cloud Engineering, Data & Analytics practice, including IT asset management work within client support engagements.

What you'll do

  • Support cloud operations and infrastructure management tasks across managed service engagements
  • Troubleshoot cloud computing issues and resolve incidents using structured problem-solving methods
  • Monitor cloud performance, service availability, and operational metrics through tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace APM, and Performance Monitor
  • Assist with cloud administration activities across Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, and Oracle Cloud Platform Services
  • Contribute to cloud migration, cloud compliance, and infrastructure optimization activities
  • Use digital tooling and service management platforms to track requests, update records, and maintain operational continuity
  • Participate in technology administration tasks and apply cloud service delivery procedures to support client environments
  • Gather information, document findings, and escalate issues when additional technical review is needed
  • Apply AI fluency and AI-human collaboration concepts to improve task execution and operational support
  • Build familiarity with FinOps operating model practices and cloud cost management considerations

What you'll need

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 1 year of experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English

Nice to have

  • Curiosity in cloud operations and infrastructure management
  • Cloud administration skills across AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Troubleshooting cloud computing issues using monitoring and performance tools
  • IT asset management knowledge within managed services environments
  • Adapting to client support needs while learning from feedback
  • Teamwork, communication, and technical consultation skills
