MS Technical Specialist

Overview

Provide Level 3 networking managed services, resolving complex incidents and problems while supporting client infrastructure and service improvements.

What you'll do

• Identify and resolve technical incidents and problems while meeting SLA conditions.
• Analyse complex tickets, investigate root causes, and deliver resolutions.
• Create knowledge articles and coach and mentor junior team members.
• Monitor, configure, install, test, and maintain client infrastructure.
• Escalate issues to third-party vendors and provide technical updates.
• Provide onsite technical support and field engineering services.
• Support automation, projects, disaster recovery tests, and service-quality reviews.

What you'll need

• Proficiency with Pulse Secure SSL VPN, Juniper, Palo Alto, and Fortinet technologies.
• Experience with Cisco Nexus, ASR and ISR routers, Cisco ACS, ISE, and Meraki devices.
• Knowledge of enterprise network architecture and BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP routing protocols.
• Knowledge of NAT and troubleshooting ISP DIA, MPLS, and P2P circuits.
• Advanced certification in one or two of the listed technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or Computing, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong communication, planning, project management, and client-focus skills.
