Overview
MSL Oncology (East) serves as a scientific authority, facilitating compliant medical exchanges with key HCPs in India (East India) for relevant products and therapeutic areas.
What you'll do
- Develop and implement territory-specific scientific engagement plans aligned to launch and therapeutic-area strategy.
- Build and manage relationships with KOLs and other stakeholders to communicate scientific and clinical value.
- Capture and relay structured, high-value HCP insights to guide medical strategy and optimize field activities.
- Represent Medical Affairs at scientific events, advisory boards, and investigator meetings; support evidence generation initiatives.
- Use CRM systems, analytics, and AI-powered platforms to tailor omnichannel scientific engagements.
- Ensure all interactions comply with Takeda policies, SOPs, and regulatory/legal standards.
What you'll need
- Advanced scientific degree required (PhD, PharmD, or MD preferred; MSc acceptable).
- Solid field medical (MSL) experience, ideally in competitive specialty markets.
- Strong scientific communication skills.
- Digital/analytical and omnichannel engagement skills.
- Proficiency in English (regional languages an asset) and willingness to travel up to 60–70%.
- Full understanding of regulatory, legal, and ethical framework for non-promotional engagement.
