Network Automation Engineer

Overview

Network Automation Engineer to use NetBrain’s automation platform to implement network automation solutions for enterprises and managed service providers.

What you'll do

• Lead customers in identifying high-impact network operations automation targets through ITSM data analysis.
• Analyze customer network technologies, existing playbooks, and design documents to create automation solutions.
• Architect and create automation for critical network operations tasks using NetBrain automation capabilities.
• Train and develop customer engineers to continue automating on the NetBrain platform.
• Engage with vendor partnerships and research public domain knowledge to create automation content.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in software development, network engineering, network automation, or related roles.
• Degree in a technical subject (STEM) or equivalent work experience.
• Solid understanding of common network tools including network monitoring, incident management, and log analysis.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate across teams.
• Fluency in English with strong communication and presentation skills.
