Network Engineer I

Overview

Network Engineer I providing support for Genesys and call/telephony systems, including troubleshooting, configuration, reporting, and incident management.

What you'll do

• Provide support and troubleshoot Genesys-related issues.
• Configure and manage users, roles, permissions, and divisions for secure access control.
• Configure and manage ACD skills, groups, and queues.
• Analyze reports and call trends to investigate call-related issues.
• Review Genesys logs and audit logs for troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft Teams Calling and softphone-related issues.

What you'll need

• Genesys Cloud Administration and Support.
• Microsoft Teams Calling.
• ServiceNow (SNOW).
• Cyara Testing and call routing/telephony concepts.
• Genesys Reporting and Analytics.
• Audit and log analysis, incident/problem management, and documentation/process management.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
