Operations Engineer

Overview

Operations Engineer supporting operations and/or delivery for production systems and services, based on operational requirements and service agreements. The role also includes network technical leadership and incident/problem resolution for network infrastructure services.

What you'll do

• Perform independently and act as an expert in network operations.
• Participate in major incidents and drive end-to-end incident handling.
• Contribute solutions to architecture-related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely incident resolution.
• Document operational procedures and maintain knowledge bases.
• Support onboarding and training of junior team members.

What you'll need

• Minimum 12 years of experience is required.
• Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Network Infrastructures (as stated in Additional Information).
• CCIE & JNCIE equivalent is required.
• JNCIP-MistAI, PRISMA SASE, and PCNSE certifications are listed as required.
• Strong experience with advanced routing including SDWAN (Juniper, Cisco, Arista).
• Strong understanding of log analysis, incident management, and troubleshooting in SASE/SDWAN/legacy advanced routing (BGP, OSPF).
• Commanding communication skills.
