Network Engineer II

Overview

Network Engineer II (Operations Team) supporting automated, data-driven enterprise and data center network operations, including AI-assisted operations and infrastructure automation.

What you'll do

• Own day-to-day operational tasks for enterprise and data center networks.
• Implement and validate network changes.
• Organize and execute periodic LODO tasks such as software upgrades, patching, failover testing, and network health audits.
• Monitor intake channels and respond as required.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues and lead resolution for most issues.
• Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and runbooks.
• Drive monitoring tool and automation development to improve operational efficiency.

What you'll need

• 3+ years’ experience in network engineering, infrastructure, or a related technical role.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Relevant certification such as Palo Alto Cybersecurity Practitioner, Arista ACE Level 2, Cisco CCNP, AWS Solutions Architect Associate, or similar.
• Experience configuring enterprise-grade network hardware.
• Good knowledge of routing and switching (e.g., OSPF, BGP, VLANs, subnets, ACLs, NAT).
• Good understanding of physical and virtual networking concepts.
• Ability to work independently for troubleshooting and issue resolution.
