Overview

Network Security Architect focused on core networking (Layer 2/3) and secure site-to-site connectivity for customer products/projects.

What you'll do

Work on customer products/projects requiring secure site-to-site connectivity.
Design and apply core networking at Layer 2/3.
Use routing and switching concepts including VLANs and STP.
Work with routing protocols such as BGP and OSPF.
Apply VRF and routing protocol-related configurations.
Implement network security using Cisco ASA/FTD/FMC and DMZ concepts.
Support firewall context design and network segmentation.

What you'll need

Foundation in core networking (Layer 2/3).
Knowledge of switching, STP, VLANs, and routing protocols.
Experience with BGP and OSPF.
Understanding of VRF.
Familiarity with Cisco ASA/FTD/FMC.
Knowledge of DMZ, firewall context design, and segmentation.
