Network Support Engineer -L1.5

Overview

Network Support Engineer (L1.5) providing technical support and troubleshooting for external and internal users, handling escalated issues and ensuring resolution within SLA objectives.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and diagnose desktop hardware and software issues.
• Respond to escalated issues and work toward problem resolution.
• Report critical design flaws, reliability/maintenance problems, and bugs.
• Perform installs, moves, adds, and changes (IMAC) activities.
• Carry out data backup and restore on certain client accounts.
• Manage related administrative duties to meet Service Level Agreement objectives.

What you'll need

• 0-3 years of experience in customer service or technical support.
• Experience with network monitoring.
• Experience creating and updating tickets.
• Experience with SLA management.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and engaging stakeholders.
• Experience with Cisco Nexus and IOS technologies.
