Overview

Netowrk Support Engineer L1.5 provides technical support for desktop hardware and software issues, troubleshooting and resolving escalated incidents within service-level objectives.

What you'll do

• Diagnose and repair complex equipment, software, and systems.
• Respond to escalated issues and help ensure efficient issue resolution.
• Perform problem determination and resolution for desktop hardware and software issues.
• Handle installs, moves, adds, and changes (IMAC) activities.
• Conduct data backup and restore on certain client accounts.
• Complete related administrative duties within Service Level Agreement objectives.
• Coordinate with proper teams by developing knowledge of local/regional infrastructure and key contacts.

What you'll need

• 0-3 years of experience in Customer Service or Technical Support.
• Experience with Cisco Nexus and IOS technologies.
• Experience with F5 ASM and LTM configuration and troubleshooting.
