What you'll do

• Manage problems caused by information technology infrastructure errors to minimize their adverse impact on business and prevent recurrence by seeking root causes and initiating actions to improve or correct the situation.
• Solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
• Work within your own team and with your direct supervisor.
• Work on daily tasks with detailed to moderate instruction, and detailed instruction on new assignments.
• Make decisions that impact your own work.
• Work as an individual contributor within a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work.

What you'll need

• Any Graduation.
• 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Primary skill: Problem Management - P3.
• Revenue assurance knowledge.
• Telecom billing knowledge.
• Project Management.
• Stakeholder management.

Nice to have

• Good customer support experience.
• Good networking knowledge.
