New Markets Account Executive ( Mid Market- cross industry)- Cape Town based

Overview

Manage Salesforce Customer 360 sales across commercial accounts in South Africa, from prospecting through deal closure. Build executive relationships, develop pipeline, and drive new and expansion business.

What you'll do

• Create, progress, and close opportunities across the Salesforce platform.
• Generate pipeline and land new customer logos.
• Run complex sales processes from first call through signature.
• Advise customers on Salesforce solutions and business challenges.
• Develop territory strategy, target-account plans, and qualified opportunities.
• Forecast, prospect, attend events, and manage customer relationships.
• Partner with internal teams and other Account Executives to drive sales.

What you'll need

• Experience influencing C-suite stakeholders in commercial accounts or equivalent presence.
• Experience carrying a quota and working toward sales targets.
• Ability to exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build credibility as a trusted adviser.
• Strong relationship-building and solution-selling skills.
• Resilience, high emotional intelligence, and a growth mindset.
• Previous CRM experience preferred.
