New Product Development / Launch Engineer

Overview

Process Engineer supporting the development and launch of new electromechanical products by designing and improving manufacturing processes.

What you'll do

• Develop or modify manufacturing processes to improve product performance and manufacturing efficiency.
• Provide process design and suggest changes to improve manufacturability.
• Develop new equipment and process flows and create labor/capital cost estimates.
• Provide sustaining support to production lines at global make sites.
• Coordinate specifications across process, quality, and product for launch readiness.
• Develop and validate assembly/testing processes and debug/qualify new assembly/test equipment.
• Collaborate with suppliers/contract manufacturers to ensure process capability and controls.

What you'll need

• University degree required (e.g., Bachelors) or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong communication skills (oral, written, presentation).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong organization and time management skills to achieve results.
• Team player able to handle multiple competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
